This site collects information on you in two ways:

  1. Information manually provided through, including but not limited to, signing up for our e-newsletter, submitting a contact form or commenting on a post. This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you have provided.

  2. Information automatically collected via third-party partners, including but not limited to Google Analytics and WP/ WooCommerce  . Types of information collected include things like browser type, location and pages visited. Third-party partners generally provide data in aggregate form that is not identifiable to an individual user. Information collected is only shared with others if required by the Terms of Service, agreements with third-party partners or if legally required by law.

Information about our customers is important to our businesses. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

  • WP- We share information with WordPress as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the WP Policy and WP Terms of Use.

Data Retention

However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
